Chery Thailand Expands Wall Charger Installation Service Under “Chery Family Care” Initiative

Bangkok, May 27, 2026 – Chery Thailand is moving forward at full speed to enhance its after-sales service by announcing the expansion of its home EV charger (Wall Charger) installation service team. This initiative aims to support the continuously growing number of Chery V23 customers and reinforce the company’s commitment to customer care by doubling the capacity of its installation technician teams.
Jim Li, Country Director of Chery Thailand, stated: “As the Chery V23 has received an overwhelmingly positive response from Chery customers nationwide, we are accelerating the enhancement of our after-sales services by collaborating with our business partners to increase the number of home EV charger (Wall Charger) installation teams. The expanded service will begin in June 2026, with the goal of completing installations for all Chery V23 customers currently in the queue by August 2026. We want all customers to be confident that we are sincerely committed to improving our after-sales service under the ‘Chery Family Care’ concept in order to deliver a fast, responsive, and worry-free customer experience.”
