Chery Thailand Boosts Customer Confidence with Lifetime Warranty for Chery Q and Chery V23

BANGKOK, 28 March 2026 – Chery Thailand is elevating its after-sales service standards in the country by introducing a "Lifetime Warranty" for the Chery Q and Chery V23. This initiative aims to thank customers for their trust in the brand while reinforcing long-term confidence in the products' quality, technology, and durability.
Mr. Jim Li, Country Director of Chery Thailand, stated "Beyond creating vehicles developed through comprehensive automotive technology in all dimensions, we recognize the critical importance of after-sales service. We have therefore introduced the Lifetime Warranty program for Chery Q and Chery V23 customers. This marks another significant milestone for CHERY in building trust and distinct differentiation in the automotive market, ensuring our customers enjoy a worry-free ownership experience with long-term care and reduced maintenance burdens in the future."
The Lifetime Warranty program covers essential components of electric vehicles, including the high-voltage battery, drive motor, and motor control unit. The eligibility criteria for customers are detailed as follows:
Chery Q: Limited to the first 3,000 electric vehicles booked between 23 March and 5 April 2026.
Chery V23: Limited to the first 2,000 electric vehicles booked between 1 March and 5 April 2026, with vehicle delivery completed by 30 April 2026.
Special Privilege: For Chery V23 customers who took delivery before 1 March 2026, CHERY is taking customer care a step further. All existing owners are eligible to register for the Lifetime Warranty program by 5 April 2026 and bring their vehicles in for inspection at their registered service centers by 31 May 2026 to ensure comprehensive protection.
